At the age of only 22, the star pitcher has been named the Pacific Conference Most Valuable Player Award winner for 2025.

"We knew Moss was a special player, but I don't think anyone expected him to get this good, this fast," the Salt Lake manager said.

Moss's dominant season saw him throw 186 innings, with a 2.42 ERA and .222 opponent's batting average. He had a record of 16-6 through 25 starts and compiled a 3.4 WAR along the way.

He received 10 first place votes out of a possible 16. Sean Vaughan of the Reno Aces finished second in voting with 4 first place votes, while Mario Pacheco of the Sacramento River Cats finished third with 1 first place vote.
