Vargas Neutralizes Bisons
A good time was had by all at NBT Bank Stadium, where the Buffalo Bisons and Syracuse Chiefs tangled.

Pitching was the name of the game in a tight contest between the Syracuse Chiefs and the Buffalo Bisons. Syracuse won it, 2-1. Syracuse starter José Vargas was in command. Buffalo is still trying to get off the schneid, having lost 6 in a row.
