Fans watched the Toledo Mud Hens and the Indianapolis Arrows fight to the finish.

The Toledo Mud Hens stopped the Indianapolis Arrows, 5-4, behind an impressive performance from Alfredo Robles. The 24-year old center fielder made life miserable for Indianapolis pitching. He was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. The winner was Toledo reliever Tomás Mendoza, now 6-2. The loser was Joe Kaiser.

When he came to bat in the bottom of the tenth, Chris Bentley had a chance to end it. Indianapolis pitcher Joe Kaiser had other ideas. But with two outs, Bentley drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Mud Hens had the win.

"No one wins," Bentley said, "without the will to win."

Toledo is sailing along at 98-43.
