The Buffalo Bisons knocked off the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, 6-5, at Coca-Cola Park. Erick Castillo was a big reason Buffalo won. The catcher went 3-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. The win gives Buffalo a season record of 71-58.

Castillo had a game-changing home run in the top of the seventh. On a 0-2 fastball from Bartholomeu Monserrate, he banged a 3-run home run to right-center, giving the Bisons a 6-4 lead. It was the 6th home run of the year for Castillo.

Castillo told reporters after the game: "This one was touch and go, but we were able to put it in the win column."
