					| The Indianapolis Arrows earned a close win over the Durham Bulls, thanks in part to Jeff Gordon. The Indianapolis right-hander  played a key role in the 2-1 victory. The loss drops Durham to 5-14. 
 José Zamora delivered a run-scoring  sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 18th to win it for the Arrows. For the game, Zamora was 1-6 with a hit by pitch.
 
 "We made a couple of mistakes," said Durham skipper Ron Anderson, "and it cost us."
