Bisons Pull Out Late-Game Win, 2-1
The Buffalo Bisons snuck past the Rochester Red Wings, 2-1, in 10 innings. Buffalo pitcher Pierce Johnson, in particular, had a standout performance. Eric Kennedy picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 3-2. Steve Becker suffered the loss. With the win, Buffalo pushed its record to 46-40.

The Bisons got a clutch hit from third baseman Steve Johnson. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Bisons.

"Sometimes winning takes more than 27 outs," said Bisons manager Drew Saylor.
