Pawtucket Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
McCoy Stadium played host to some exciting baseball.

The Pawtucket Red Sox had to overcome a big game from Buffalo center fielder Dan Prince to leave McCoy Stadium with a victory. And they did, winning, 7-6, in 17 innings. Prince hit 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Pawtucket sits in second place in the North Division at 47-37.

The Red Sox got a clutch hit from right fielder Mal Bickerton. In the bottom of the 17th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Red Sox.

"Baseball is such a beautiful game," said Bickerton. "Anything can happen on any night, and that's why you don't dwell on what happened yesterday. Just look forward and trust you're going to have positive results."
