Johnson Belts 5 Hits
No matter what the Rochester Red Wings threw at him, Dax Johnson hit it. He easily handled Red Wings pitching, going 5 for 6 and helping the Mud Hens triumph, 7-1, at Frontier Field.

"The way I was swinging, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview.

Told of Johnson's quip, Red Wings skipper Chris Tremie said he "would take him up on that next time."

Dax Johnson singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a two-run double in the 4th, struck out in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
