Hunter Renfroe was a major factor in the 8-7 Syracuse win over Buffalo. The Chiefs left fielder went 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk. He drove in 3 runs. Eury De La Rosa picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 3-1. Damion Carroll was tagged with the loss. Syracuse now sits at 25-36, while Buffalo falls to 30-31.

Alex Myers was the walk-off hero for Syracuse. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Chiefs second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
