Pitcher Tad Miller was rock solid in helping the Hickory Crawdads beat the Delmarva Shorebirds, 6-1. Miller went 7 innings to notch the win. He scattered 3 hits, walked 3, and struck out 2. His record improves to 1-0. José Miranda notched his 5th save in 5 chances.
