Erwin Bangs Out 5 Base Hits Wednesday, September 9th , 2026 Tommy Erwin really sizzled at the plate in his team's 11-7 win over the DSL White Sox. The DSL center fielder blistered DSL for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. "Erwin was too tough to get out today," the White Sox skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Tommy Erwin singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, hit a two-run double in the 6th and doubled in the 8th.
