Huge Year for Athletics Benton, Nabs Outstanding Pitcher Award Saturday, September 19th , 2026 The Arizona Complex League announced today that Zander Benton has been chosen the Outstanding Pitcher Award winner for 2026. The ACL starter had everything working for him this past season as he breezed to a 3-0 record. In his award-winning season Benton crafted a 2.35 ERA in 38.1 innings with 43 strikeouts and 7 walks. Opposing batters hit .286 against him in his 5 starts. He received 6 first place votes out of a possible 15.
