East Division Champions Crowned Sunday, August 31st , 2025 For the 4th time in franchise history, the Oakland (AZL) Athletics are champions of the East Division. And according to starting pitcher Luis RamÃrez, this was an extremely hard fight for the team. "We've not had any easy ride to the title at all, we've had tough competition and really had to battle for it," he said. Manager Shawn Denton said the club will take a short time to celebrate, before returning the focus on bringing the 1st Arizona Rookie League championship to Oakland (AZL). |
