Cook Gets SAL Batter of the Month Trophy Wednesday, July 1st , 2026 Andy Cook is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Greenville second baseman joined that select company when the South Atlantic League announced the results of June's voting. Cook totaled 40 hits, 2 walks, 1 home run, 10 RBIs and 21 runs scored last month to put together a .396 batting average and .427 on-base percentage. Thus far this year, Cook has hit .329 with 5 home runs and 27 RBIs. |
