Season Ends for Castillo Monday, June 29th , 2026 Obviously disappointed, Phil Castillo confirmed today that his season is officially over. The Wisconsin reliever offered mostly monosyllabic responses to reporters. "Nope," he said, when asked if he might possibly return this year. The 23-year-old Castillo suffered a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament on 06/25/2026 and has been out of action since.
