Abrams Ups Hit Streak to 20 Consecutive Games Sunday, June 28th , 2026 Greg Abrams's hitting streak is becoming the talk of Lansing. The 23-year-old shortstop extended it once again, this time bringing it to 20 games with a 2-for-6 performance against the Great Lakes Loons. The Lugnuts won the game, 6-5. "People are starting to bring it up to me when I'm around town," he said. "It's getting stressful." Greg Abrams flied out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, hit a sac fly in the 7th, grounded out in the 8th, grounded out in the 11th and singled in the 13th. Batting .306 to date, Abrams has 5 home runs and 41 RBIs. |
