Clinton Takes Round 1 Sunday, September 14th , 2025 The Clinton LumberKings had all facets of their game going and have swept the Burlington Bees in the Round 1. Clinton now heads off to the Round 2, after wrapping up the series with a 4-3 win. Chris McIntosh was named MVP, as he put up a .500 batting average, with a .538 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 2 RBI and scored 2 runs. The Clinton LumberKings don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the West Michigan Whitecaps - South Bend Cubs series. West Michigan leads the series 2 games to 0. The Round 2 schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes.
