Mets Curt Thompson Swings Hot Bat, FSL Winner Monday, July 27th , 2026 It was an exceptional week for Curt Thompson of the St. Lucie Mets. First he beat the devil out of the ball, hitting .526 and as you would expect, he was voted the Player of the Week in the Florida State League. Last week Thompson went 10-for-19, notched 1 home run and 4 RBIs and scored 7 runs. All in all, a very good week for him. Thompson is batting .338 with 3 home runs and 23 RBIs this season. |
