Sheehan Selected FSL Player of the Week Monday, May 18th , 2026 The top batter in the Florida State League last week was Joe Sheehan, who batted .522 and towered above everybody with a 6-game hitting barrage. During the week Sheehan banged out a .522 batting average (12-for-23), 1 home run, 3 RBI and scored 5 runs. Today the Lakeland center fielder received the FSL Player of the Week Award. This year, Sheehan is hitting .333 with 42 hits, 2 home runs, 13 RBIs and has scored 18 runs. |
