The Lakeland Flying Tigers center fielder tore up the Brevard County Manatees to the tune of 5 hits in 5 at-bats at Joker Marchant Stadium. The offensive onslaught from Sheehan powered the 10-3 Flying Tigers win. "Sheehan was a tough out," Brevard County manager Jeremy Hernandez said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure." Joe Sheehan doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and singled in the 8th. For the season, Sheehan has hit .324 with 1 home run and 11 RBIs.
