Early Season End for Hayes Friday, August 1st , 2025 A blow for Doug Hayes today -- team doctors were able to determine the full extent of his recent injury. He will miss 10 months with a stretched elbow ligament. Hayes suffered the injury on 07/29/2025. The team will likely place Hayes on the injured list today. Hayes has made 21 starts so far this year and put up a 6-7 won-lost record with a 5.49 ERA. In 98.1 innings he has allowed 133 hits, walked 50 and struck out 90. |
