Travassos Goes 5-for-6 Wednesday, July 30th , 2025 It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Juan Travassos. Travassos went on a tear and cracked hit after hit off Charlotte pitchers. When the dust settled on the diamond at George M. Steinbrenner Field, he had a 5-for-6 line and a day he will long remember. And the Tampa Yankees had a win, 15-5, over the Stone Crabs. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but it won't get me a hit tomorrow," he joked in the postgame interview. Juan Travassos hit a solo-shot off Juan RodrÃguez in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and struck out in the 7th.
