No Comeback This Season for Gates Tuesday, August 15th , 2023 Obviously disappointed, Dan Gates confirmed today that his season is officially over. The Palm Beach starting pitcher offered mostly monosyllabic responses to reporters. "Nope," he said, when asked if he might possibly return this year. The 26-year-old Gates suffered a damaged elbow ligament on 08/12/2023 and has been out of action since. This season Gates has a 5-1 record with a 1.26 ERA. |
