Visalia Snaps Barajas Streak at 31 Wednesday, July 15th , 2026 Bakersfield defeated Visalia, 3-0, at Historic Sam Lynn Ballpark, but saw the 31-game hitting streak of Blaze center fielder José Barajas snapped -- the Rawhide held Barajas hitless in 2 at-bats. "I enjoyed the streak," he said in a BNN interview after the game. "It's great in one way, but the day-to-day pressure to keep it going can be tough to handle, too.
