Altoona-Bowie Fight Results in Suspensions Monday, April 28th , 2025 After an intense confrontation, both the Curve Bob Bishop and the Baysox Geoff Stewart were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Altoona-Bowie game. Bob Bishop will miss 3 games, while Geoff Stewart was suspended for 7 games. "Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Bob Bishop commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play." This season, Bishop is batting .188 with no home runs. |
