Nashville Sounds Clinch First in American Conference North Division Tuesday, September 8th , 2026 The Nashville Sounds have dealt with a season's worth of challenges and survived to be crowned the American Conference North Division champions. Starting Pitcher Kevin Hunt was exuberant in talking with the media after the clinch. "This is what it's all about, I couldn't be happier right now," he said. "We've got a special team here and I think we are going to do big things." The Sounds have a record of 77-62 and the division win is the 6th in franchise history.
