Zephyrs Rodriguez Named AC's Best Pitcher Monday, June 1st , 2026 When New Orleans reliever Raymond Rodriguez strolled in from the bullpen in May, it did not bode well for the opposing team. He usually put a quick end to any budding rally. For his excellent mound work he was named the American Conference Pitcher of the Month. The Zephyrs reliever had 10 saves for the month with a 1-0 record and 1.32 ERA. He made 15 relief appearances, hurled 13.2 innings, yielded 12 hits, fanned 13 and walked 3. For the season, Rodriguez has 19 saves, tossed 23 innings, fanned 19 batters and produced an ERA of 1.57. He has also been credited with 1 win and no losses. |
