Sacramento Won't Make Playoffs Tuesday, September 2nd , 2025 It has been a largely forgettable season for the Sacramento River Cats and now the club's playoff hopes are officially over. The River Cats were officially eliminated from postseason contention today. This is the club's 4th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2021. In total, the River Cats have missed the playoffs 8 times in their 11-year history. Sacramento last won the Round 2 in 2017. |
