Premier Player of the Week Goes to López Monday, August 25th , 2025 Memphis Redbirds pitcher Orlando López caught everybody's eye in the American Conference during the last week. He humbled the opposition during his stints on the mound and was rewarded today with the Player of the Week Award. López accounted for 2 of his team's wins by fashioning an impressive 0.00 ERA. He threw 17.2 innings, striking out 12 and holding opponents to a .186 average. Over the season López has thrown 146 innings and dished out 115 strikeouts with a 7-13 mark and a 5.30 ERA. |
