West Michigan and Peoria duked it out and the Whitecaps came out victorious.

West Michigan parlayed a decent outing from starter Spike Kimball into a solid win over the Peoria Chiefs. The final score was 6-3. Kimball yielded 3 runs over 6.2 innings to notch the win.
