The Burlington Bees picked up a win at Parkview Field, downing the Fort Wayne TinCaps, 8-6. On the mound for Burlington was left-hander António Ramírez, who played a pivotal role in the win. The second-place Bees have won 5 straight games.

Burlington used the hitting of Jesús Cabrera to pick up the win. The second baseman clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Bees on top, 2-1. For the game, Cabrera had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
