The Bees grabbed a win, 3-2, at Modern Woodmen Park, overcoming a fine effort from Quad Cities pitcher José Ruíz. Ruíz went 5 innings and allowed 1 run. The winning pitcher was Eric McIntyre. His record now stands at 1-2. The right-hander went 5 innings, allowing 2 runs on 4 hits for the Bees. Mike Taylor earned the save for Burlington, his 12th of the year.
