Freedman Schools Quad Cities in 4-2 Burlington Triumph
The Burlington Bees picked up a win at Community Field, knocking off the Quad Cities River Bandits, 4-2. Starting pitcher Josh Freedman played a key role in the triumph. Burlington now sits at 27-21, while Quad Cities falls to 21-27.

Freedman allowed no runs over 7.1 innings. He also racked up 12 strikeouts.

"Josh's stuff looked really, really crisp," said Danny Valencia, the Bees manager.
