Cubs center fielder Chris Allen left his imprint on his team's 5-2 win over the West Michigan Whitecaps. Allen was 3 for 5 with 2 doubles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for South Bend in the contest. António Salazar snagged the win in relief. He goes to 1-0 on the season.
