Lakeland and Tampa put this game in the books despite some rain.

The Lakeland Flying Tigers downed the Tampa Yankees, 7-4. The hitting star was shortstop Jorge Tovar. Tovar slugged 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Flying Tigers. Lakeland, now 2-0, is setting the league on fire so far.
