The Winston-Salem Dash and Salem Red Sox left the fans buzzing.

The Salem Red Sox stopped the Winston-Salem Dash, 9-4, at Salem Memorial Baseball Stadium. The Red Sox got a big game from Jeremías Robles, who went 2-4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Salem reliever Elton O'Neill was the winner. His record is now 6-0. Cristiano Rodríguez took the loss.

Eric Thomas hit a bases-clearing triple off Cristiano Rodríguez in the bottom of the second, which put the Red Sox in front, 3-0. Thomas had 1 walk, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 1 for 4.

"The name of the game is scoring runs," Robles said. "We did a good job of that today."
