Tate Dazzles in 4-1 Potomac Win
The Potomac Nationals beat the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, 4-1. Potomac pitcher and Euclid, Ohio, native Eric Tate led the way. The Nationals improved their record to 50-58 with the win over Myrtle Beach.

Potomac starter Eric Tate showed the eye of a tiger. The right-hander allowed 1 run, while limiting Myrtle Beach to 2 hits over 8 innings. He was tough to hit.

"At the end of the day, it's about putting up zeros," said Tate.
