Keys Get Clutch Win Versus Myrtle Beach
Frederick turned a fine outing from starter Brit Hargrove into a victory over the Myrtle Beach Pelicans at Harry Grove Stadium. The final score was 3-2. Nelson Castillo snagged the win in relief. He goes to 6-0 on the season. Augusto Balderas suffered the loss. With the win over Myrtle Beach, the Keys improved to 42-37.

The decisive blow was delivered by Joe Blanton in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a solo home run off 21-year old right-handed pitcher Augusto Balderas to win the game for Frederick. The home crowd went nuts.

"The crowd was boisterous tonight," said Hargrove.
