The Salem Red Sox topped the Lynchburg Hillcats, 11-9, the lion's share of the credit going to third baseman Colm Evans. On the day, Evans went 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 2 for the Red Sox. Bobby Louque, credited with the save, is now 1 for 3 in save opportunities.
