Late Rally by Hillcats Locks Up 3-2 Win
In a low-scoring contest between the Lynchburg Hillcats and the Potomac Nationals, Doug Bratcher was the X factor. The Lynchburg right-hander spearheaded the 3-2 win. Picking up the save was Chad Cochrane, his 14th. The Hillcats now have a record of 25-30 with the win over Potomac.

Lynchburg used a well-timed hit by Luis Carlos to capture the win. The left fielder socked a 2-run double in the top of the second inning to put the Hillcats ahead, 2-1. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"We put together a nice win," Bratcher said.
