Ezra Jones hit a 2-run double off Luis Valdés in the bottom of the eighth, which put the Blaze in front, 4-2. In addition to the double, Jones had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 3.

Visalia manager said he was "mildly disappointed" with the loss. "We had our opportunities, but we didn't take advantage of them," he said.
