JetHawks Fall Short, 3-2, at Inland Empire
Inland Empire turned a good effort from starter Tommy Steward into a win over the Lancaster JetHawks at San Manuel Stadium. The final score was 3-2. With the win, Inland Empire pushed its record to 30-27.

Dave Oliver, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2023 draft, helped out the Inland Empire cause in the bottom of the fourth inning with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. For the game, the right fielder was 1 for 2 with a walk.

"We put together a nice win," Oliver said.
