Lancaster JetHawks starter Stu Hewer found his groove in his team's 1-0 win over the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes. Rubén Romero earned his 6th save, after closing out the game. At 15-5, the 2026 JetHawks have been excellent so far.

Mike Wilson came through for Lancaster when he hit a run-scoring single in the bottom of the first. With runners on 2nd and 3rd, he hit a two-strike forkball to center field, staking his team to a 1-0 lead.

Wilson called winning a team effort. "It's not the same guy every time," he said. "It's the sum of the parts."
