The Lake Elsinore Storm got a stellar effort from pitcher David Dukeshire, helping Lake Elsinore score a win over the visiting Stockton Ports, 5-2. The Ports drop to 6-10, as their stumbling start to the 2025 season continues.

Brad Christian dealt the Ports a blow in the bottom of the sixth. Batting with the bases loaded and Lake Elsinore leading 1-0, Christian hit a first pitch fastball for a run-scoring single.

"We'll take some time to unwind," said Dukeshire, "and then get after it again."
