Helena turned a good performance from starting pitcher Ismael Martínez into a 2-0 triumph over the Billings Mustangs at Kindrick Legion Field. Virgil Ramírez closed it out for his 1st save. The Brewers sport a record of 22-37.

Helena took a 2-0 lead on Rudy Lamb's 6th home run of the season. The solo home run, which Lamb hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Billings pitcher Chris Mobley visibly frustrated.

"Ismael's as tough as he is talented," said Helena manager Daric Barton.
