Soto Propels ACL Offense in 13-3 Rout
The ACL Padres started the 2026 season win an impressive 13-3 win against the ACL Rangers at Peoria Sports Complex. Clint Soto led the way for ACL. Bennie Adams recorded his 1st save for ACL.

Ian Green had a big 2-run double for the Padres in the bottom of the second inning. With ACL leading 3-0 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from Ben Parks and swatted a double to left. It was his 1st double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Padres ahead, 5-0.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Green.
