Fisher Cats Send Erie Home with 3-0 Loss
The Erie SeaWolves got a superb performance from pitcher Ignacio Mendoza, but the New Hampshire Fisher Cats still won the game, 3-0. Mendoza threw 5.1 innings allowing 3 runs. Ben Fuller picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 3-2. Ignacio Mendoza suffered the loss. New Hampshire is now 79-58. Erie is 83-54.

The Fisher Cats had to work out of trouble in the top of the eighth. The score was 3-0, New Hampshire, with one out. Erie, with runners on 1st and 2nd, was mounting a threat. Amilcar Uribe dug in at the plate, but on a first pitch fastball, he grounded out.
