New Hampshire designated hitter Phil Norris played a vital role in his team's 8-7 conquest of Altoona. He was 2-4 with 2 doubles and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 2 for New Hampshire. The Fisher Cats improved their record to 72-55 by beating Altoona.

Left Fielder Micker Adolfo made an impact for New Hampshire, when he swatted a run-scoring double off Joe Miller in the top of the fifth. For the contest, Adolfo was 2-5 with a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
