Rock Cats Walk It Off for 65th Win of Season
Binghamton third baseman António Quintero had a good game, even if his team did not. The Mets dropped a 5-4 decision to New Britain at New Britain Stadium. Quintero went 3 for 4 with a double and 2 singles. New Britain reliever Dave Francisco was the winner. His record is now 4-2. Leo Hendricks took the loss. New Britain goes to 65-39. The win puts them 7 games up in their division.

Juan Ortíz delivered a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the ninth to win it for the Rock Cats. For the game, Ortíz drew 2 walks. He drove in 2 runs.
