Dou-wan Chin had a 3-RBI night to help the Portland Sea Dogs down the Trenton Thunder, 5-4. Stu Robinson earned the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 2 innings. His record is now 2-2. Dave Lavington was credited with the save, his 23rd in 24 tries.

Rob Thompson aided the Portland cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the third. For the game, the right fielder went 1 for 4.

"I feel like a little kid every time I put the uniform on," said Thompson.

The Sea Dogs, at 48-50, inhabit 4th place in the Northern Division.
